Meet Dr. Scott Elmore

For over a decade, I have worked with adolescents, adults, couples, and families facing some of life's most difficult challenges. My experience includes helping people navigate relationship problems, ADHD, anxiety, behavioral concerns, compulsive behaviors, trauma, and major life transitions.

I believe effective therapy requires more than simply talking about problems. Real change comes from understanding what keeps us stuck, developing practical strategies, and building the confidence to move forward. My approach combines genuine human connection with evidence-based interventions tailored to each client's unique needs and goals.

Whether you are struggling personally, experiencing conflict in a relationship, concerned about your teenager, or simply feeling overwhelmed by life's demands, therapy can provide a place to gain clarity, develop new skills, and create meaningful change.

Areas of Focus

Adolescents & Families

I Often Work With People Who...

Many of my clients come to therapy feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain about what comes next. Therapy can provide a space to gain clarity, develop practical strategies, and create meaningful change.

  • Feel stuck despite knowing what they "should" do

  • Are struggling in important relationships

  • Are worried about a teenager's behavior

  • Feel overwhelmed by anxiety, stress, or major life changes

  • Want practical strategies rather than just someone to listen

  • Are ready to make meaningful changes but aren't sure where to start
