Do You Offer In-Person Sessions?

Yes. I offer both in-person and telehealth therapy sessions. In-person appointments are available on California's Central Coast, and telehealth services are available to clients located anywhere in California or Oregon at the time of service.

How Long Are Sessions?

Most individual therapy sessions are approximately 50 minutes in length. Session frequency and format are tailored to each client's needs and treatment goals.

Do You Accept Insurance?

Yes. I accept a variety of insurance plans through Alma and other credentialing partners. If you are unsure whether your insurance is accepted, please contact me and I will be happy to help verify your benefits.

Do You Offer Telehealth Sessions?

Yes. All services are currently provided through a secure telehealth platform, allowing clients to attend sessions from the comfort and privacy of their own home.

Do You Work With Adolescents?

Yes. I work with adolescents experiencing behavioral concerns, emotional difficulties, anxiety, depression, family conflict, and life transitions. Parent involvement may be incorporated when clinically appropriate.

Do You Work With Pornography Addiction and Compulsive Sexual Behaviors?

Yes. I work with individuals seeking support for compulsive sexual behaviors, pornography addiction, impulse control concerns, and related relationship difficulties. Treatment focuses on understanding underlying patterns and developing healthier coping strategies.

Do You Serve Clients Throughout California?

Yes. As a California Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), I am able to provide telehealth services to clients located anywhere within California at the time of service.

What Types of Clients Do You Most Commonly Work With?

I frequently work with adolescents, adults, couples, and families struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, relationship difficulties, compulsive behaviors, and major life transitions. My background in clinical-forensic psychology also provides experience working with complex behavioral concerns.

The first session is an opportunity for us to discuss your concerns, goals, and background. Together, we will begin developing a plan that addresses your specific needs and helps move you toward meaningful change

Yes. I provide clinical supervision and professional consultation for associate clinicians seeking licensure and professional growth. Please contact me to discuss supervision availability and requirements.

Do You Also Work With Oregon Clients?

Yes. I am also licensed in Oregon and continue to provide telehealth services to Oregon residents.
